We may process data about your use of our website and services.  The usage data may included your IP address, geographical location, internet browser and operating systems.  Like most websites, this information is gathered through Google Analytics and is used to determine the number of people using our site, and to better understand how our website works for you.  We do not see any information that personally identifies you to us, and we cannot obtain this information from Google Analytics.

Should you contact us using our website contact form, then that email link will be sent to us via a third-party processor.  This information is not stored by them, it is encrypted and sent to us and the email is then decrypted by our computers and devices.  A record of contact forms is stored on encrypted servers for audit purposes and in case of internal system failures.

 

We may process the information contained in any enquiry you submit to us, by asking for further information, namely contact details to enable us to provide you with the service for which you are enquiring for.  This information is held in complete confidence and is only used where we a) need to perform a contract between us; b) where it is necessary to for our legitimate interests or those of a 3rd party and your interests; and c) where we need to comply with legal and/ obligatory regulations.  In such case we may use your personal data without your knowledge or consent where this is required or permitted by law.   In addition, we limit access to your data to our employees, agents, contractors and other third parties that need to know such data.  They will only access your personal data on our instructions and they are subject to confidentiality.

We will only use your data for the purposes of which we have collected it,  and upon your agreement, for the use of our own marketing purposes.  You have the right to contact us for the removal of such data when used for our marketing purpose at any stage, and as such will be removed at the earliest opportunity.

Your data will be held on our own computer/servers/office for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purpose of satisfying any legal, accounting and reporting requirements and by law where we have to keep basic information on our customers for six years after they cease being our customers,

for tax purposes.   All other data will be held for a maximum of 12 months after which all information will be deleted/destroyed.

Our website may include hyperlinks and/or details of third party websites.  We have no control over these and are not responsible for the content of them.  These links are provided for the convenience of your use and interest.  We cannot be held responsible for the protection and privacy of any information you provide when visiting these sites and urge you to look at their own privacy statements.

Cookies are currently not used on our website although our service providers and third party companies that we may use to enhance our site i.e. Facebook may have cookies which are controlled by them.
